Atm the depression is back to were it was when I was 18/19. Only reason I didn’t act upon ‘giving up’ wass because I didn’t want to leave my best friend behind. Probably will be the same now.

Please hold on. What you’re going through and feeling isn’t your fault, it’s completely understandable, and things will improve. I know it doesn’t feel like it (and in a way there’s little point saying it) but life does get better after the very worst moments. I second AMG, if you ever need to vent, I can offer virtual hugs.

Yep, you’re not alone! I think these days social media makes it all worse. I’m quite glad my current cohort of friends don’t take pictures of every social occasion and put it all online. Sometimes I’m happier not thinking about what I look like. It doesn’t tell you the most important things about who a person is… people are beautiful because you fall in love with them, it’s not the other way around.

But that’s the thing. If you’re unhappy, you fix it. Compared to what I was, I’m pretty disgusted with myself. So I’m currently back in the game full force and making the changes I need to and putting in the work. I have a long way to go, but I’ll get there one step at a time. You can do the same bro.
