Slow seems to have inconsistent impact on different characters skills/traits. Things like Boldurdash and Lumberjack dash are both slowed by it, but something like Clothesline or Caldarius’s double jump are not. It either needs to affect movement skills or not affect them, including things like Mellka’s lunge. But all passive movement affects, double jumps, bounces, thorns air-slap push, all should be affected by Slow, all movement stuff. But not teleports, obviously.
Also may apply to attacks. Something like Whiskey’s full-auto is obviously affected by Slow, but Attikus’s ultimate is not affected.

Dialogue is also unaffected by slow. I demand justice. Well, except in helix menus.

Not true! Characters have dialogue specifically for when they are slowed, therefor slow affects dialogue!

El dragons clothesline is in fact affected by slows. He is just still relatively fast

it effects Orendi’s nullify, which begs the question…

“What am we nullificating?”

it really should clear CC !

The innately faster characters are less effected by slow then other characters. Which is why Thorn’s jump still remains pretty high even when slowed.

It is quite unfair that some skills are effected by slow and some are not.

Caldarius’ double jump is affected by slow. It just originally propellant him at such a high speed that, when slowed, it is still appears to move him at a relatively high speed.

I love Reyna’s “You…better…run…”

It doesn’t best kelvins
Slowed - "WUT!? But how…?"
Stunned - “ME!? FROZEN!?” or “What sorcery is this!?”

I believe the “what sorcery is this!?” Line can be played when he is slowed or Stunned

Seemed to be 100% normal speed and a lot faster than a normal un-slowed character. Nullify also seemed unaffected despite what someone said. May depend on the potency of the slow since some are 30% and some are 60%
