Just to highlight this;
IN the latest update Mayhem mode is now available in TVHM without having to complete the story, same as on PC.
Just a nice little fix.

Hm, I thought I had read recently (in the last week) that someone had gotten trapped in M2 when he went into TVHM and the pedestal was not active, that’s why I mentioned it.
