how do i calculate the benefit that they will have like say my ability recharges in 25 sec. and i have a cooldown piece active for -7.00% would i multiply 7.00% from 25 or divide
Multiply 25 by .07 then subtract the result from 25 equal new cooldown.

my next question now that since i dont want to go into private just to see alanis cooldown times is "what are her cooldown times on her abilities?
No clue I never play her they probably know in the Alani sub forum.
It would be nice if they listed the cool down times in game. It would help out a lot.
