There is a common misconception that bowties are homosexual because they’re so stylish and clever.

I assure you, plenty of straight men wear them.

Regular ties are just silly.

Why would you wear a noose around your neck all the time? Doesn’t that give a good edge to anyone who would do you harm? There’s a sizeable statistical amount of deaths that are tie-related because people get them stuck in things.

And they just dip into anything you bend over, be it food or dirty stuff.

Bowties don’t dangle, they can’t be used against you and they look much nicer :slight_smile:
