yeah in M4 they’re a bit…OP. That’s for sure
Especially with the buff modifiers to the enemies
Now that they can no longer blind us with elemental particle effect they are a joke

CoV in general and Anointed need to be toned down, I don’t normally cry for things to be made easier but it gets a little silly when you need to chew through a sheild,armor AND health bar that are each buffed by 800% and higher. God forbid you get the modifier where enemies shoot 2 projectiles, the badass rocket spam is UNREAL
