I accidentally mis-typed my email address while creating my shift account to link to my epic borderlands account. Now, I cannot change the email without the account asking to verify, but the verification is being sent to an email that does not exist. I submitted a support ticket and haven’t heard anything back yet.

Did you send the ticket through the 2K or GBX support site? How long has it been since you filed the ticked?

Through the GBX support site. About an hour ago I just wasn’t sure if the ticket went through properly. The number I was given is REQUEST #238978

If you got an auto-response with a number, then the ticket went through. I’m not sure what the current support response time is, though. My experience in the past has been within 24 hours, but rarely within an hour.

Sorry, but that’s not something I know about. Since the email is used as an identifier, only SHIFT admins can action changes on that.

Unfortunately, you’ll just have to wait. You could try the 2K support ticket route (link in the pinned thread at the top of this section) but I’m pretty sure they just redirect SHIFT issues to GBX.
