Cross-Play Feature - Deleted my Character / Saved Game... HELP!

Today I booted up to test the latest AMD Drivers.

Screen Pops up says Cross-Play Feature Now Turned On… BIG MISTAKE, “ESC” Out of THERE!!!

It then said if I want the feature I need to update my SHIFT Profile Name, so I did… and Now It’s All Gone, My game from Day 1 of Launch…

FYI I already tried to unlink… the New Name Wrote Over my current Account.

Anyone know how to help?
