Cross-save platform

Hi, im a pc player and im thinking about buying a xbox series x or ps5 and im wondering bout my save files on pc, would there be a way to link my pc save files and use them on the next console generation?

Im very interested on that and want to use my pc strictly for work but at the same time i dont wat to keep my save files only on pc or re-do all the campaing 2 times again with the character i have :c

Sorry, but there is no legitimate way of doing that. The game does not have cross-save built in, and none of the platforms provide for it either.
