I was examining the surrounding area and not paying attention to Lorelei when she was talking about using the Catch-a-Ride to get a Cyclone and now even though I’ve hijacked one and taken it back to have it scanned I still don’t get it showing up as an option. Any one else have this issue?
You dont have to hijack one. She summons it for you. If shes not then she may be stuck. Quit and restart, I had to do that because she just stood there repeating the same thing

Yeah, been there, done that No cyclone to this day. 
She should walk over to the car maker and digistruct one for you. I had to quit and restart before she would do it. Ive had a couple npcs get stuck and restart always worked for me.

I am having this problem. I am on a new character after going through a character on the two play throughs and no cyclone. I believe it is lost to me forever.
