Yeah, i used hexes un DS2 Magic is usually easy mode so i dont use it, but i love anything to do with black magic.
My body is ready for dank souls 3. They should put Solaire in it somewhere.

How could i let this thread die? Anyways, i have an neat painting of Ornstein that is unfinished, but i’ll share later. Ornstien isn’t my favorite character tho. Grave Lord Nito and Domnhall of Zena are battling for that spot.

Ive also started working on an Artorias poster for a friend. Its ok so far, but o ran out of white paint.
@Piemanlee i have Dark souls 1 and 2 for ps3, but i havent started a save on DS1 yet. I put my 330 hours into dark souls 1 on xbox 360. Ill play DS1 on Ps3 soon since i got the dlc for it.
If you ever wanna co op just tell me I can start a new character anytime if the level difference of my main is to much. I had to start anew on ds2 since my main lvl 490 won’t load anymore.

But seriously is anyone here playing Dark Souls 3? Im really enjoying it, I just entered The Catacombs of Carthus and Im doing a good ol’ quality build with a Refined Halbard.
Level design has been mostly great Cathederal of the Deep was fantastic, but there’s too many freaking Bonfires, so many of them are pointless and within a tiny distance of eachother, I really admired how (first half of) Dark Souls 1, and especially Demon’s Souls and Bloodborne had a single respawn point per area and relied on unlockable shortcuts to make it bareable, it had a sense of consistancy and forced quality level design.
The bosses have been pretty good, although the only truly excellent one I’ve faced was the one I just defeated. PvP has also been really fun, and chaotic. Sometimes you get up to 6 people, with invaders trying to kill the host, cooperators protecting the host, Blues killing the invaders and Purples killing everyone.
I’m played it a little at my friends house. It looks so good and feels more like dark souls 1/2 unlike bloodborne.
Were you expecting otherwise?
It feels a lot like Demons Souls with the hub and Ember mechanic (plus a lot of the characters seem very similar to DeS characters), the combat is a slight evolution of DeS/DaS but a lot of the enemies are ripped straight from Bloodborne.
Hollows are now 8 feet tall because its pretty much reskinned Yharnamites, and there is one enemy that has 100% copy/pasted Bloodstarved beast’s attacks.
Poise is still useless though, I understand it was overpowered in DaS1, but now its like DeS where heavy armour is never worth it, especially since equip burden is its own stat. Spending dozens of levels to move in heavy armour is pointless because it only gives you 1-2 more hits of survivabilty but the same investment could get you a bunch more health/stamina/damage.
