Wait a sec, what do you mean D:

Uhm. That one character with a bow. He’s insulting your accuracy.

This is why I prefer to use emotes and omit the full stop, makes things sound less serious :stuck_out_tongue:

You gonna miss all the time until you pick a character with a more forgiving weapon :stuck_out_tongue:

That’s why I use emojis.

Pff, you can’t even land skillshots on HotS and that’s only aiming on a 2D plain

Strangely enough, I’m better in 3D planes

I’m still going to take things seriously cause I’m a dumb.

Neither can I. But I’m relatively accurate in twitch shooters.

I would like to personally apologize to anyone that I may have offended or made feel unwelcome around here. Initially, it seemed to me like a lot of you were just fleeing an older forum and came here for no particular reason other than to be obnoxious. I hope some of y’all get into Borderlands or any other GBX games and stick around!

That said, hey y’all! I’m Stoker; your resident a-hole. If you ever have any questions about Borderlands, just let me know. I know that game from the inside out. (The original. I don’t talk about those other abominations.)

We’ll see. I’ll be impressed if you land any headshots.

I love the Borderlands games  the second is my favourite game, actually. All three are great though. The first is plenty replayable because it has a certain charm, which I think is in how the guns handle. Love those noises (even if it’s just pure noise now on my Lilith, she has an SMG build with a pretty damn fast double anarchy, that thing is LOUD). I’ve lurked around here a bit before, usually for answers to questions or opinions on the best characters and talents, but didn’t comment because I was late to the party and don’t really have much to add about the series that other people haven’t already discovered.

I’ll probably be more active when Battleborn comes out, plenty to discuss in a new game with a PvP field and a nice selection of characters. Really looking forward to that game.

I played the original Borderlands more than I ever played any of the new ones. It felt more classy imo, but I haven’t really touched the game in a while.

Otherwise I’m really into Homeworld. Which I’m glad they remastered, it really did some justice to the game. Gonna play that new one, though I’m not sure how to feel about it being land based.

I might play a few of the other games, I tend to get caught up with others.

And yeah, we kinda fled the other forums cause that place was getting unhealthy.

Me too :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I’m getting that one soon - after all, how could I not with some ā€œoverwhelmingly positiveā€ reviews

Anything that might be useful to know given that I’m skipping the first one?

But…but…Whyyyyy.

Because I don’t have much time to game in the week at all, so it’s all concentrated at the weekends, so I like it to be all high quality shizzle.

Is Borderlands 1 really worth playing thru? o.0

Uhm…

#Yes.

Okey, I will play sir dragon o.0

Is the pre-sequel good as well?

The first one is an amazing introduction to the series. It familiarizes you with key characters who will appear in Borderlands 2 as well as the general happenings of Pandora and what kind of world it is.
In turn, making the story of the second more meaningful and better to understand.

That said, Gbx made BL2 in a way that dosnt require the player to have played the first.

But id still recommend playing BL1. Then again, i am incredibly bias.

I heard that last one wasn’t that good.

And good.
