So is venom bolts better now that this DLC has a decent amount of armored enemies? Is vengeance cannon better since it can be affected by glitch weapon effects?

Vengeance Cannon got better ever since UVHM made fleshy enemies take 75% more damage from fire.
Venom Bolts, ehhh I wouldn’t give up afterburner or suppression for it.
No venom bolts is still crap.
Does suppression affect Beam lasers? I think it does, but I’m not quite sure…

Personally I would down Overcharge to Good or Average because with Laser Guided while mobbing Wolf and Saint will be out an entire area anyway so Overcharge is kind of pointless outside of a raid boss fight and Most characters in a Co-op game don’t really get buffed by it that much
Not everyone does LG spam; there are a lot of players who summon W&S and then recall once Overcharge finishes.

Sometimes you don’t need W&S out all the time anyways, for example for most trash mobs, you just need them primarily for badasses, & Healing.
So for that reason it’s good too call them out when there’s danger and get a Substantial DPS boost from Overcharge.
Overcharge is Wilhelm’s best capstone bar none.
It’s outstanding for a reason.

But with Laser Guided being such a huge Dps increase wouldn’t it be better overall to have them out the entire time with Laser Guided on every enemy you fight as oppose to having a buff like Overcharge that only lasts 10 seconds and will help you kill a few trash mobs and maybe a badass for me its a no i’m not saying its bad skill by any means but I wouldn’t recommend specing into it out of a raid boss fight
Im not denying that its his best capstone they’re all pretty meh I find it kind of funny though that Laser Guided is better than all of his capstones

You just can’t play Wilhelm w/o laser guided.
Laser guided isn’t better it’s used for different things and play styles. OC fits all, laser fits pet builds and only pet builds aka lazy man builds.
Laser guided is listed as outstanding for a reason too.
I’m going off facts of game play for everyone, not just an opinion.

According to the wiki, “Venom Bolts” is best with 1 point, and does not trigger “Cold War”.
Wiki is wrong a lot. They don’t test it like they should.

I wouldn’t rate Hard To Kill bad anymore. On the raid and on the last bosses of Clappys dlc, it has its moments. The higher density of mobs in some of the new areas do make it better, too. Its mediocre, not worse imo.
I might raise it, might. it’s tricky.
Perhaps “almost mediocre” or “almost bad”? I feel like it’s more situational than most skills that get rated mediocre/sub-par but it isn’t totally useless.
But then again you gave Forbearance a bad rating in the Axton guide and even that has its uses so I dunno.
