I got a dead claptrap in Lectra City at the same time I triggered a quest update. Claptrap never spoke about the part I gathered. The map now shows that I found the dead claptrap, but the challenges section shows I don’t have it. Is there anything I can do to earn the reward for all claptraps? please help.

The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is trying again in True Vault Hunter mode. Probably not what you wanted to hear, sorry.
There might be a chance to edit the values for achieved quest/challenge objectives via a trainer - maybe not now, but at some point in the future. That’s just speculation on my part, though.
