Dear Gearbox, BL3 needs a 180° move to go forward

Well thats the requirement. You want something you work for it. All over this forum is “I have to work too much”

Lol thats the nature of the game. Play or dont

Oh I think people know.

It isn’t known… For some reason theres a generation that believes godroll loot should be easier to acquire.

Theres a way to attain it. In some cases it drops first?!? Omg?!? Would you believe there is a chance you can get godroll on the first roll. Wow, I never thought randomly generated loot could do such a thing…

The other way to attain perfect stats is too grind multiple thousands of drops and acknowledge this is what you signed up for. How bad do you want it?

To give up is to be beaten by the game

Player is supposed to beat the game

May I add - its about the journey not the destination

I was making a (bad?) joke about the dwindling playerbase.

Personally the grind isn’t for me. It’s more about the journey. The trick is to make the former seem like the latter.

I think most people drop off when any power growth or progress grinds to a halt. Imo part of the problem with BL3 in its current form is that you reach a level at which you can comfortably beat all the content too quickly, so there’s little desire to keep getting stronger. So it begins to feel like you’re farming for the sake of it rather than to reach a specific power level needed to achieve a specific goal.

Another issue, imo, is that there’s so much rng involved in loot and no way to mitigate it, but that’s another topic. (I’m referring to mechanics like Diablo 3’s partial stat rerolls which would be a God send for secondary COM stats).

I’m not saying I don’t want to have something to work for. Hell, I could farm 50 slaughter shafts from start to finish just to get a god roll on a gun.

I’m saying the current methods of acquiring gear are extremely boring. In fact, I would spend more time to get something I want if I was having fun. I’m not having fun farming an easy boss 500 times.

May I add - its about the journey not the destination

Exactly. And the journey is very boring.

I’m genuinely surprised you didn’t get what I meant to say the first time I said it.

Eh, there was 180 runs of M10Grave last nigh, down him in seconds a pop and a friend this morning was punching it even harder and noone yelled “heyy Brawler”… I went off to heck and fustercluck for few hours

Guess what I’m doing later, Grave
And I love it. Just at a chance of glory
Gotta be in it to win it.

It just like one has had there bowl of icecream, can’t eat any more. Another has a bottomless stomach. Icecream is good, very good

Really don’t care. I would rather wait longer and have a bigger DLC4 than such a short one.
