As a suggestion the Mayhem levels should additive stack the %.
So lets say default is 3% chance.
Mayhem 1 adds 1% chance for 4%
Mayhem 2 adds 2% to the 4% for 6%
Mayhem 3 adds 3% to the 6% for 9%
Mayhem 4 adds 4% to the 9% for 13%
So on Mayhem 3, you have an almost 1/10 chance. on M4 you have slightly over a 1/10 chance.
If that seems too high, then just do additive to the 3%.
M1: 4%
M2: 5%
M3: 6%
M4: 7%
M4 dedicated loot drop % on the raid alternative mobs, like Annointed Billy, must be near zero. Hundred of runs between me and my 2 sons and we have seen only one such drop and it was the Amara class mod that just got nerfed. Billy alone has died over 80 times and nothing for Moze.
Its really discouraging. We are on Xbox so no duping or save manipulations like the other platforms either.
May I have the lyuda if you do not want it? I have been farming for a while to get one, with no luck. I am willing to trade for it.

8% chance maximum to get a dedicated drop of any kind PER ATTEMPT.
That’s not 8% chance of items. If you’re killing a boss and he drops 1 item or 10 items, you’ve got the same 8% chance that one of the dedicated drops will be included.
That means you have a MAXIMUM of 2.6666% chance PER ATTEMPT to get any specific dedicated drop item you want.
And then you have a maximum of 25% chance that the item will have some sort of anointment attached to it.
So there’s your real world odds.

Yeah, about 37 attempts to get a specific item. Your odds are less then 1 in 100 attempts that it will be anointed, and probably 1 in 1000 that it will have the specific anointment that you want.
Farming dedicated drops for world drop items doesn’t appear to increase your odds of finding one.
