Deluxe Edition problems

I contacted Microsoft with this issue, but they told me it is your end. A few days ago I bought the battleborn deluxe edition but it downloaded the regular version, but it shows an option when your looking at the deluxe in the store “manage”, like it had been installed, but was not. It will not let me download the deluxe edition or the season pass. Any help is appreciated

You’ll need to file a support ticket to get this resolved. You’ll want to grab a screenshot of your MS store purchase history showing the purchase of the DD version before you file the ticket, so that you can attach it to your ticket when you create it (there’s an “Add screenshot” option on the page.)
