Diamond Rating Possible on Phoebe Op, or any Op?

So, after farming the waves at the Varelsi fight for over 20 minutes, we ended with a score of over 161k, but still only got Gold -

Has Diamond Rating been removed from all of the Ops, or is it just not possible with this Op, or do you have to go even higher for it?
