Unless you’re playing Capture, “21 Kills with Dreadwind” doesn’t necessarily earn you Bada Bada Boom, because the title requires 12 Enemy Battleborn Kills. The end of match breakdown includes all kills with dreadwind, including minion kills.

If you killed 11 players and 10 minions with Dreadwind, which is entirely possible, then it wouldn’t qualify for earning the title.

Getting Bada Bada Boom with Dreadwind is pretty tricky. It has a long cooldown and isn’t actually much of a multikiller.
Ranged ultimates like ISICs work better for this, in my experience.
