Didn't receive loyalty bonus or BAR

I was wondering how to get my loyalty bonus and my BAR?

I’ve transferred my characters already but still did not receive my loyalty bonus or BAR…

Gearbox are looking into this, there do seem to be some people experiencing the same kind of issue.
