Just tidying up the loose ends in Benediction of Pain and I seem to be stuck. Just after the mid point Ammo machine I come to the ruins of Building 7 with the parallel upper walk ways. The map shows the building area to the right (opposite side to the stairs) with what looks like a pathway in from the lower level. This seems to be where Sane Kreig and "normal Kreig are in a small glass sided cell. Next to them is a COV person in a similar cell. Is it actually possible to get into this building. Finally I have flipped the power switch to get the Red Chest in this area.
