DLC purchased and installed but not able to be accessed

I purchased the season pass for BL3, downloaded the files and when I open the game it says I must purchase the DLC’s in order to play them.

If you are on Epic:

  1. Go to Epic “Library”

  2. Select the 3 Horizontal dots at the right side of the game’s title

  3. Select “Verify”

  4. Download DLC files

  5. Restart game
