Hey all,

First post so go easy :-p
Is anyone else having issue with starting the New dlc ( guns and tentacles ) season pass says I own it, Xbox tells me it’s download and yet when I open the envelope on hammerlocks table it’s telling me I need to purchase.

Any help would be much appreciated

Hopefully a MOD will move this to the XBox forum… all we (PC forum) can tell you is reboot :frowning:

Got you moved to the right place.

First thing would be to try a power reset (turn off, unplug, hold power button until light stays out, plug back in, start up). That should clear any cache issues. Make sure the system has finished loading and you can see all the XBox Store promos before launching the game.

Next thing I’d do is try starting a levelled character directly for DLC2: from the main menu, choose Play > New Game, then select the “Levelled DLC2” option and see if that works.
