seen alot of conflicting information on how to get it and i have tried every single suggestion. any one actually know how?

thats one of the ways to find it that ive read but ive been farming her all day and havent found it. must be unlucky

Just keep at it, hopefully you’ll get it eventually.
If you get bored by farming, I’d suggest doing something else for a while so you don’t go insane.
Also, Felicity also drops heads for each character, so you might get those too!
