steam says that i have played 40 minutes, not, i’m sitting here waiting for a game for at least 20 minutes, and wasted another 20 on that prologue.
I’m keeping one eye on that 2 hour limit, and looking into that refund.
for Steam players , if you can’t find match and waiting like for 20-30-40 or more minutes for match making
Go steam-options-downloads-downloads options-change your region to another .
For example i’m from Israel and i had same problem , so i changed my download region to UK and now match making takes for me 1 minute!

!Exact! I think it’s blocking ISP, there was a problem with the game exactly be the same (The Crew) when it came out.
And I opened ports http://support.2k.com/hc/en-us/articles/201335133-How-do-I-attach-a-DXDiag-and-msinfo-file-from-my-PC-
And so coming out in portforward that says they are 3478,4379-4380,27000-27050 TCP AND UDP and nothing the same, moderate nat = not find people to play
Wow thanks your my hero been trying to figure this out since launch mine was set usa lan event for some reason.
Facing same issue from SE Asia (Bangladesh). My NAT shows Moderate and I’m unable to find a single match in the multiplayer modes. I heard changing Download Region affects ping so I have no use trying that.

Doesn’t setting to UK connect you to UK servers? I was advised by a friend to set Download Region to Luxembourg and that would mean 300+ ping because it tries to connect to another region while I’m in Asia
well i’m playing from Israel and UK its pretty far from me,but i don’t have any lags.
you can set Luxembourg or Germany,Italy - set any big region closest to you .
