Have been playing BL3 since release, pre-ordered on Epic, then bought it on Steam, it was actually running better on Steam, until this last update.
BL3 crashes the video drivers. Game bombs out with no notice then Windows 10 reports BL3 has crashed the video drivers.
Running the same system, latest GeForce drivers, Windows 10 is up to date.
Other games run fine, BL2, Battleborn, Horizon Zero Dawn and Fortnite Save the World.
Not one of those games crashes ever.

Did you try clearing the shader data in the local app data folder? That seems to clear up at least some of the video-related crashes. Instructions included in various threads here in the event that you don’t know where the folder is.

Haven’t seen that, will take a loot, thanks.
This is beyond frustrating as you can imagine.
Update Deleted the shader files, went back and let Clappy dance for about 7 minutes, played Bl3, drove vehicles, killed Crawley and her family…looks like the shader files were corrupted, game seems to be fine now.

Have you tried using a ryzen cpu and a radeon gpu?
You don’t need this. AMD doesn’t run the game any bette than an Intel.

…Wasn’t a system problem, the BL3 update corrupted the shadows files, deleting them and letting the game rebuild them again resolved this, as it apparently did for a lot of people, even the Radeon fan boys.
