And shoutout to 17 for still being in this thing. Looks like he might get knocked out next episode, but he’s done more than his fair share.

Yes, in a rather surprising fashion. So, would that mean that Vegeta can rival or now beat Beerus? I thought Toppo went out too soon after just transforming to a God of Destruction.

long over due, but I think it happened too quickly. Not giving Toppo the credit for reaching God of Destruction level of power, imo.

couldn’t agree more with this statement. totally stoked for 17 for being in it till the end with Jiren. now, Vegeta, Goku and 17 are up against Jiren. And the fact that Jiren snubbed Toppo for getting knocked out so easily by Vegeta. He’s been relatively silent, very few words from Jiren. Are we seeing another side to Jiren? I thought his remark was rather harsh, but we don’t really know Jiren very well.

I still don’t remember Frieza getting technically eliminated either, so he could still be in it, somewhere, on a piece of floating debris lol.

funny you mention that cause I was thinking he’s still there too. I just was googling this info and I think you’re right. I don’t remember him being “out” of the tournament. he’s laying in rubble somewhere in the battleground/stage, as it were.

Doubt it. Beerus is one of the stronger gods of destruction (see manga), that and he has had eons to master his skills. Toppo is still wet behind the ears with that power.

I feel like Toppo powering up, fighting Vegeta, and getting eliminated that quickly might be another side effect of the series ending.

On the Jiren thing: Absolutely. I think the combo of Toppo deciding to say f*** justice (not literally, but you know what I mean) and embrace the GoD power along with Vegeta’s warrior spirit and his refusal to quit kinda showed him what they’re capable of. Toppo pulled a Kevin Durant, joined GSW, and still lost.

And Frieza’s definitely still in it. I’m gonna laugh so much if U7 wins because he’s just laying there. lol

Currently listening to spoilers. Here is what I’ve just heard, and I’m a bit beside myself as I didn’t expect it to go down like this. But, that makes it ever better imo, cause i hate being able to predict whats going to happen. I prefer the surprise of a twist or unknown plot that was underlying the current plot the entire time.

17 is knocked out of the tournament next episode 127

Vegeta is getting knocked out of the tournament in episode 128, Feb. 18th.

Goku reaches full ultra instinct in episode 129

so that is what I just found out. it stands to reason as the beginning intro to this story arch has only 2 fighters going at it: Goku vs. Jiren and that is what we’re going to get.

No. I am certain of nothing. I only presented what i heard. And the fact that Goku and Jiren are fighting one on one in the intro. I spoke nothing of “who” will be last standing or not standing[cough, ]
