I came across a bug when fighting Dumptruck. During the fight, I was under the archway just below the water pipe you have to shoot to access Dumptruck’s secret stash. I threw a grenade at Dumptruck and he blocked it with his shield. The grenade went straight up and blew the pipe causing the water to come down onto the wires.

After I killed Dumptruck, Ellie gave the quest to access the secret stash down the elevator shaft. However since the water already came down during the fight with Dumptruck, I was unable to continue on this quest as the wires would not electrify the water. I was forced to start the game over again as the game auto-saved after the initial fight.

I’m not sure if this would happen if you shot it during the fight as well, but it was a really unlucky grenade hit.

There is another target you have to shoot, it’s above and to the left on the water target
