I’m still new to the game I’m trying to find a way to level up in THVM and i farmed Sir Tinder Snowflake and I’m level 46 and Sir Tinder Snowflake only gives me 180 xp which sucks and bar room brawl is too hard so any one got a way to level up fast without glitches and i finished the rock paper genocide quest and I’m on PS4. Thanks
Leveling up in TVHM isn’t really worth it, just go through the campaign to get to UVHM which has much easier leveling in Pete’s bar or other areas you are mentioning.

Kill mutated badass varkids. They give good xp. Or do the slaughterhouse missions those are fun. I like to run through the beatdown to the bar room and back just incase a cobra drops.
Just continue to play the game and do the side missions as they become available- you’ll should hit level 50 by the time you reach Jack and the Warrior. The only thing that might slow your progress is if you are saving the unique quest reward missions until you hit the level cap- in that case start any of the 4 main dlc plus Headhunter dlc to compensate…

You can farm varkids in Caustic Caverns. In Deep Core 6 (easily accessible after Mine Cart Mischief) there is the room where you took the Mine cart. There is a pit in that room, lure Larval and Adult varkids into that pit. Then Hide under the platform with the Truck on it, starting about 1/2 way back you are 100% unable to be damaged. Aggro them with a low level infinity until they are evolved up as high as they can, or as high as you want. Then kill them.
Repeat until there are no more spawns. Then save and reload. Bring a mule with you if you can (they just have to stand by the Fast Travel for Caustic Caverns) for bigger varkids, which equals more XP.
Additionally this is a GREAT way to get items like the Cracked Sash (from Super Badass Varkids), and Legendaries (Tubbies/Chubbies, and Ultimate Badass Varkids). AND, if you are EXTREMELY lucky, you may spawn Vermi, and get a Norfleet.
