I expect to wait several days to a week so they have time to investigate. It’s just that with two separate tickets (unrelated issues) the only response I got was :

Did we get you sorted and on your way? How did our customer service agents treat you? Were they helpful? Knowledgeable? Did they understand where you were coming from?
Basically an automated feedback form even though no human actually contacted me. They also only have me 24 hours to respond whether or not the issue was fixed which wasn’t enough time for me to load the game to check if they patched it. So naturally they closed the ticket.
It’s not a life or death issue so I’m letting it go for the time being.
So I followed up with this and got like an actual response this time, kinda hoping this got to somebody at Gearbox? It would be awesome if they ever do any more updates or patches or anything if they fix this, I mean it’s not like a huge deal but it would be cool to have glowy snipers back.
Update : they 2K support reached out to me again so I restated the issue in their desired format. That was yesterday morning. I’ve not gotten a response or acknowledgement yet.
