This also includes a ban on recording during the beta and posting after the full game has been released. I don’t know if this was the intent of the NDA or a side effect. If side effect, I hope a reworded NDA comes out to allow that action, or a process for a similar “don’t let anyone see the game until it’s out” showcase method is allowed. Until then though, keep it on the safe side and don’t even initialize your capture method. Keep hardware turned off (and disconnected if you can) and shut down any software methods you use.

i have never been chosen to participate in a testing before. i did receive the nda agreement. does that mean that i have been selected? do you have any idea when the test will begin? do you get like a disc in the mail, or what?

I have lot of questions about the discuss on the internet.

I see a lot of loopholes in this.
What dev wants to have me reword this?
I see one major flaw with it that needs to be added to it.

Did you click the link? You should then be directed to a page where you log in, read some agreement, and check a box that says you agree.

After that you just wait.

If you’re logging to SHiFT on rsvp.battleborn.com and don’t get prompted to sign an NDA, you’ve likely already completed it.

Registrations after a first date included the NDA as part of the sign up process.

This is what I got after I click on the link that was sent to my inbox. It’s says to click the link to accept the NDA via Shift. I did it and this came up. There’s nothing for me to sign up. You know like a small box for the participant to click ensuring that he/she agreed to the terms and conditions that has been set up but I got none. Just a “logout” and “cancel my registration” hyperlink are clickable for me atm. Can someone enlighten me about this? . :frowning:
