I solved that poblem by moving the mail from spam to a normal mail folder. Dont know if that solves your problem too.
I have had the same e-mail, however, when I click on the link, and then sign into SHiFT, the NDA is not there.
All that I get is …

Unless they sent the email from an Office Depot address it’s not in there either

Even if you did not get the mail, you should be able to go to https://rsvp.battleborn.com/, log-in with your shift account, and the NDA should show up if you haven’t signed it. This isn’t a special selection type thing, everyone has to sign it to be considered for the test.

i would assume it would be close as the end register date is 15th October
We should try to sell him an overprized subscription, if he doesn’t read what he agrees to

E-mail problem I encounter often. the solution is to grab mail as directly from your service as possible, like from a web interface instead of a combined mail client.

your mentioned NDA sounds a lot more like a noncompete

Yeah, if your work overlaps with something outside, they probably won’t care so long as you’ve checked in with your lawyers over there before signing the NDA over here and you don’t play Battleborn at work.

This also includes a ban on recording during the beta and posting after the full game has been released. I don’t know if this was the intent of the NDA or a side effect. If side effect, I hope a reworded NDA comes out to allow that action, or a process for a similar “don’t let anyone see the game until it’s out” showcase method is allowed. Until then though, keep it on the safe side and don’t even initialize your capture method. Keep hardware turned off (and disconnected if you can) and shut down any software methods you use.
Nope, but eager to know, too.
