Played this game from launch and had accumulated a lot of legendary guns and gear and stuff. To find today all my vault is empty. With all borderlands games I collect and store them as my own achievement plus to help out if I make new characters. My whole collection gone. How do I get them back. How do I submit a ticket too ??

Folks here might be able to help but you gave us no info. What platform do you play on, what level were you when you lost everything, what mission were you on, how many characters had you created before this happened, were you playing solo or with friends the last time you played and before you found everything missing???

Also, within this forum and under Borderlands 3 there’s a Tech Support tab for each platform, that’s where you’d post details.

Playing solo btw and just killed katagawa not returned to put old legendary back into bank but just empty. About 30 legendary items gone !!!
