The minis are a PITA. I started running up to them with my FL4K, melee them, pop of some shots on them, rinse and repeat.
I will have to look into using singularity grenades like others have mentioned.
Anything to knock them off their feet.

I think it depends on the enemy. It works great on anything with more than one health bar, which is most enemies on Mayhem mode. It even seems to work when those multiple bars are the same type; I used a NoPewPew with the 300/90 anoint in Villa Ultraviolet against the cartel enemies with three red health bars, and the gun would shred through the first two bars. Against targets with just one bar, it’s much less impressive.
If you have big head mode those mini militants become a bit easier but their still annoying.
actually, 300/90 is aiming on 2-3 red bar NPC, one red bar NPC isnt useful on this buff. that why u see it came with DLC2, as the new NPC have some is over 2-3 red bar, like FISH SLAP etc.
so people didn’t need to have it on all weapon,but on weapon which is using have high fire rate etc should benefit from this buff. A similar buff is the 1xk damage boost on successive fire
Tom and Xam use a fire Monarch, it shreds them…
As for the question of the thread… Death is too strong. Way too difficult to kill an enemy that ignores health gate

I agree with every enemy listed in here. Just want to add those giant death spheres and the escort enemies in the Villa. I finally got a Kaoson so it’s a little easier but holy ■■■■ these things are tanky.
