Hello, I’m having this issue where I purchased the game but am having problems accessing the content. The Launcher downloaded it and I tried to play but launching from the menu didn’t work and neither did walking into the poster that’s supposed to give me a quest. I’ve tried reinstalling which didn’t work and then verifying which also didn’t work.

Hey there, welcome to the forum. The Director’s Cut can’t be started from the menu, nor from the poster. That’s only for Designer’s Cut. You should have the Mysteriouslier side quest line already popped up in Sanctuary after downloading Director’s Cut, those can be accepted in Ava’s room.

To add to what was already noted, I believe that on some platforms you need to go in to your platform’s interface and enable the Director’s Cut. So if there’s no exclamation mark on the Sanctuary Map over Ava’s room (the one on the right as you head to the bridge), this might be the issue. Also note that the microphone is quite small, in a dark corner (immediately to the right of the door), and has quite a small interaction area, so it’s easy to miss.

I’m having the issue of not getting the second quest in the director’s cut to pop. The first is completed, but the second is a no show… As well as The new boss raid…

Any thoughts?

I have uninstalled the dlc and reinstalled. No luck. I’m about to uninstall the whole game and reinstall but I’d rather not do that.

The only thing I can think of now is that you don’t have the progression with the main quests and you don’t have every planet unlocked (there’s a Mysteriouslier side quest on each planet). For the raid boss you need to talk with Claptrap for the first time and complete it as a quest, after that the map will be added to your ECHO and you can fast travel there any time. If this is not the problem, than I have no idea, sorry.
