It might not be entirely applicable here, but this reminds me of what my clan boss said about "Destiny" Raids fracturing friendships. And he's not wrong. So many want to direct a Raid, but cannot put their own ego on the backburner, resulting in a team of (wanna-be-)leads that can direct but not be directed; the end result is them talking over each other, which confuses anyone asking for direction as they are then hearing many voices trying to say the same thing, resulting in escalating confusion. And adding gas to the fire is the other problem that the Vegas rule ("What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas") cannot be applied to everybody universally as some folks may be perma-pissed at their teammates after a Raid while others may not.

Strange little Aardman claymation I remember from when I was a kid. Fair warning, it’s pretty dark.
