I remember hearing about this years ago and I thought it was going to be a live action series, I wasn’t expecting it to be an anime.
Ahem.
Either I’m very sorry, or you’re very welcome. You decide.
I really don’t know what to make of this. It’s HBO so it’s got a higher than average chance of success. More here.
That is interesting, to say the least. Watchmen had some loose ends on purpose, especially Rorschach sending bis journal to the “New Frontiersman”, a newspaper. Ozymandias is still around and should still be head of a gigantic corporation etc. There are enough points to start a follow-up story from.
As of now, I am not sure where the show will go. As far as I can see, Alan Moore is not included in the writing in any way, which isn’t a plus, but I am very interested anyway. I’ll definitely give it a chance, when it’s shown over here. And why? Because it’s in the Watchmen universe and me like Watchmen universe!
I am definitely intrigued by the idea of following the narrative past the end of the book. We will definitely be giving that a chance.
Would you believe that this video is how I found my way into Borderlands?
That’s strangely compelling.
Thread tax:
These videos got me into Borderlands:
When things go awry…:
“Ahaha…(bap)…huh?”
Stumbled on this…and her reaction at the end:
“Give me a puppeh.”
Not being an expert for Metal Gear Solid, I’ll just quote Borderlands 2:
Lilith: It was awesome! I dunno if it’s 'cause of the Vault opening, or being a Siren, or both - but this Eridium stuff is the tits.
Just why did that quote come to mind?
This is kinda bulls***.
A nice interview with artist John Harris c/w loads of artwork and some pretty good music too:
