September 27th 2020 we celebrated his birthday 42 birthday and my sons birthday which was two days prior at the beach staying at a hotel. That same day towards the end of September 27th 2020 was also his date of death. Murdered by a criminal minded drug using family. Knowing the court ordered legal rights to his son they still took his son away by lethal force illegally as my nephew’s mother explains to me, my wife and son the next morning over the phone in the car leaving beach. Her father stabbed my brother 3 times in the back. Back, neck and head. Claiming it to be self defense. But before my wife hangs up the cellphone on speaker… she begs sorry to us because she claims to be at fault. 3 times omitted… lives crushed and future dreams stolen at the end of a beautiful day.
I will attempt a start of Borderlands 3 from beginning. It will be 17 weeks tonight at 7:48pm. Since he’s been gone and the investigation continues with two guilty criminals free… a nephew lost… as the only father around now to carry the weight of pain for the 3 of us. Waiting for justice to be served so peace healing can begin.
