I get Rooster’s dialogue (“I eat vault hunters for breakfast and I just woke up”) but no Rooster.
Grrr.
Oooook… he showed up, finally, as I was turning to leave Stanton’s Liver, a couple minutes after I killed all his friends.
so maybe killing his buddies is the trigger…?

Could be. Headed back after relog to see if it happens again.
Seems that’s the trick: kill all his friends. At least I know how to get him to spawn now.
Problem now is the patch was supposed to make it so that we didn’t have to log out/log in to get the “unfarmables” to respawn, but that’s a topic for a different thread.

So yeah to add to the confusion, on my end the powersuuit noob spawns and respawns without having the mission done. Also CL4P-L3K does NOT respawn after having done the mission (killed him to get the amp oz-kit).
CL4P-Lek wasn’t one of the “unfarmable” bosses. You could always farm him if you chose that during the mission (giving up the systems purge. I stopped trapping him and started killing him for the systems purge, largely because I couldn’t get him to drop an 3DD1.E to save my life.
Ok on the 360 killed rooster booster. Left the map and came back in and he did not respawn. So i guess its just when you save and quit.
I think they put it on the list because. Before the patch he only respawned if you didnt kill him and trapped him. So now he respawns not matter what choice you make.

Well since he was put on the patch list of “is now farmable”, shouldn’t we assume he should now respawn even if we kill him during the mission ?
I mean you’re not going to put a mini-boss on this patch list if you consider he was already respawning

Yea thats the whole reason most likely. Before the patch he respawns but only if you trap him. So now hes farmable not matter what choice you make
