Fatal error! Fatal Exception 0xc00000005

Hello all!
Unfortunately I can’t launch the game anymore since the Free Trial rolled out.
The crash occurs while the launch image is onscreen before the game opens up.
I verified integrity of the game files through steam and also reinstalled completely.
GPU drivers updated, then reinstalled too but to no avail.

Any suggestions?

Thank you for the reply. SFC is running now and I will report back if anything changes.
I saw that in the other post you asked about overclocked hardware. Do you think that might be an issue? I’m running an i5 4670k @4ghz.

I can’t recall what I thought of with overclocking, think some other crash case came to mind but I don’t remember what it was anymore, sorry.

Unfortunately none of the hints in the other post changed anything. I’ll have to wait for support to come back to me.

So turns out I had to manually delete all remaining folders after uninstalling the game. Then I reinstalled and now its launching again. Thanks for taking a look at my issue
