I pre ordered the digital deluxe edition of Battleborn and I haven’t acquired the Firstborn pack or the Extras mentioned. Any idea as to why?

I got the same reply. I also chatted with Microsoft support and they said they were receiving a lot of complaints about it, but that I should check back later on. Hopefully we get some official word soon.
I think people are just impatient. I got the the 1st, Gold miko, gold orendi, and gold “challenges”.
You might be right but I been waiting for the content. I did everything they told me to try. I understand waiting but pre-ordering something to get a item I was promise but don’t have it…then that’s bad marketing…I love Gearbox but they need to work hard on this…

If this problem doesn’t get fixed, I will never buy another gearbox game. Also stop playing this game because I wasted 95$ for a game that they gave me that was worth 60$
