Hi , i recently bought a new computer to play game and decided to play to borderlands 2.
here is the config of my computer :

and i also have a monitor Acer 27" LED - Predator XB270HUbprz
Im playing in 1440*2560 with FPS capped at 120
PhysX is on low , distance view is on medium , VSync off and using ULMB technology on my monitor
I also need to say i can play the witcher 3 in ultra ( NVIDIA hairwork off ) at at solid 60 fps …
The thing is i always get framerate drop , and not little ones , its sometimes goes down from 120 fps to 60 fps , which makes the game looks not fluid at all … This doesnt happen when i use 60 or 72 ips cap .
I will show you 2 screen of msi after burner with 60 fps cap and 120 fps cap …
Here is a screen during a gameplay with 120 fps cap , as you can see , my GPU usage drop and go back to normal very often … And this happen each time there is an fps drop . So i dont need to tell you its not really playable that way …
Also i would ask a question , is 70 % GPU usage normal for a gtx 980 ti on that game ?
