I get 60 fps most of the time but sometimes when enemies come out to fight it drops for a few seconds down to around 22fps. Its not just in fights but randomly when your walking around. Shooting also triggers a stutter. I came back to play this after not playing for a year. All my graphics drivers and whatnot are updated and my settings are the same as what they use to be before this micro stutters/ fps drops happened.
