Full auto / burst / semi auto combination

Hey guys,

is there any specific combination of fire modes, that can and cannot happen? Specifically, I am talking about full auto and semi auto combination for SandHawk. All SandHawks I have are full auto with burst or burst with semi auto. Am I just unlucky or full with semi auto cannot drop?

I have finally dropped good shock variant, but realized it’s full auto and burst, semi auto is a must for me .
