This was funny. Last night I was playing with some others. We had to get some parts for a car that we had to use to enter the Blood shot stronghold. But the texture / paint job came out like this, and never did fix its self.
I’ve seen guns like this and some loot chests but never a whole car.

That bug reminds me the epoque when I liked to mod GTA3, wrong mods showed cars like that xD
You’re missing a texture file (or at least your gaming platform couldn’t find it) hence the funny looking texture you got.
