The last points can go in either PC or TI. Depends how you like to play, stacking more or stacking faster.
If you are running a Catalyst, dont use your grenades as slag tools. Grenade DoT is a lot higher than Gun. Get a Slagga, Slag Pimp or even a Slag Moxxi sniper cause it heals DT iirc.
I’m going go ahead and say build as @l_gabrielcruz has laid out - that looks great!
I don’t personally buff DT in any way but Upshot, so my build is much heavier on gun/elemental damage - but I won’t muddy the water with that.
I will say that the Leg Cata COM is the only one I use. I completely love it.

On the topic of slag: a Fibber is top gear for Gaige ( if Close Enough is spec’d ). If you can get a slag ricochet version in TVHM, that could serve you til 72 as a dedicated slagger.
I thought Shock Storm was one of those terrible, never-ever-put-a-point-in-it skills like The Stare, or Axton’s Laser Sight, etc.? Something about the radius of the storm being so tiny that you’ll basically never get any enemies within range, as I recall. The Gaige skill guide rates it “Terrible”. Is that incorrect?
Cat Com …very good Choice. Also my favorite Com and Build. The Hellfire is incredible with “More Pep” a. “Electrical Burn”.
This is something I don’t know about. With the Fibber, how do you know you’ve got the ricochet version? Just shoot it and see? I don’t know much about the Fibber so i’m not sure what i’m looking for.

so as I understand it, if the card has huge damage, it’ll be a type 2, which is the one I want for Gaige?
Lol. Thats the way I figured it although im still not completely sure.
Easiest way to determine what barrel type the Fibber has is this:
1- if it has the largest base damage it’s the ricochet barrel
2- if it has the smallest base damage it’s the critical hit barel
3- if it has the ‘x1’ after the base damage it’s the shotgun barrel

Correct- and if you can get a shock Redundant Fibber you’ll have a real monster in the making (assuming you’re going the LBT route). As far as Shock Storm goes I never use it myself but then again neither of my Gaiges are leaning on DT in their builds (I mention this as DT can cause a Shock Storm when he gets a kill). Since the Oct 2015 buffs to her LBT tree I tend to max out EB, EE and IO and then use a L. Catalyst to crank up the shock damage if I’m going to use the LBT tree…
I still recommend the slag one for the end of TVHM as any other version will get under-levelled after 5 or so levels.
For the UVHM, go shock absolutely.
To waste more than 1 point would be a terrible idea, but it actually procs Electrical Burn - so I sacrifice the point because I love spreading DoTs ( I admit it’s unnecessary - just a preference ).
( Edit - it’s one of those skills that I get because I like the idea of it more than its actual functionality - like Blight Phoenix )
Shock Storm damage is not bad, but the Radius is so small that you won’t hit nearby enemies.
Also, as a rank skill, you need to boost it with a COM so you have to trade your Legendary Catalyst for the vanilla Catalyst.
It is not bad, but you are going to trade IO for SS.
If the radius wasnt so small, that is it.
Just an update, been making some decent progress with her. Build is now this
Level 41, story-wise next stop is WEP. Just doing some side missions to break it up a bit before moving on

I had Anarchy, but i’m terrible for reloading so I decided i’d build the rest until I had enough to also get Discord, actually forgot about CE, I guess I can use those 5 points for now elsewhere, good call
