Game crashes during boss fight other times after ive defeated a boss im just free falling throug the map and bank deleted all my items ive stored there

I too have had all my bank deleted today after falling through the floor after the Troy bossfight.

I play on xbox1 and since the patch I also had my entire bank of 50 items deleted
