I did a clean install of the newest nvidia drivers(for Nvidia GTX 950m) and just played for about 15 minutes with no problem! Time will tell if that is the true fix, but thanks for all the help guys!

No fps problems! Actually just finished my first playthrough of the game. Thanks again

Version 378.66 is the version i just installed and is working
