You need to do a hard reset on your Xbox console.
What you do is; While your console is running make sure you close all of your apps and games go over to your console and hold the power button down on the console for about 8 to 10 seconds until it shuts down. Then turn it back on.
This will make your Xbox perform a hard reboot.
That should help with some minor performance issues.
If that doesn’t work you can also try to clear the systems memory cache.
