While using Gamma Burst, if the skill becomes active again due to a cooldown reduction skill, it cannot be recast. Furthermore, the cooldown starts after Gamma Burst is completed. What is the effect of reduced cooldown?

You can’t infinitely reactivate actions skills like Sal could. Cooldown reduction only applies after the action skill ends. I don’t know whether it’s a visual bug or an oversight, but the action skill icon resetting during its duration doesn’t mean anything.

There is probably a visual bug. The amount of cooldown shortened during action skills cannot be taken over after completion.
